Long before "Il Maestro" became the legendary film score composer, he was grinding it out in the RCA studios composing and arranging popular music for top Italian recording artist. Here we see Morricone flexing his well-honed chops adding gorgeous strings, quirky spaghetti western instrumentation, and lyrical accompaniment to some pre-existing themes you may recognize. Sophisticated Euro Pop right here people and as far as i know this volume is rare in the vast blogosphere.
